This is the 1995/1996 Self-Titled CD from Seattle Band THREAD. I have found conflicting information on this, but I'll tell you what I know.
This CD was originally to be titled "WHITE" & was to be released on Red Rocket Records, USA with a UPC code of 78117101629. I don't know if ever happened other than a promo.
This variant makes no note of Red Rocket Records & has NO barcode/catalog number.
