Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Half Zip Caftan Floral Blue White Kimono Maxi Dress M

This is a wonderful true vintage pre-loved women’s Saks fifth Avenue full length Cafton/Kafton maxi dress.
Pretty blue and white striking floral design, 50% cotton and 50% polyester fabric, toggle buttons at the neckline and then a half body zip closure, three-quarter length sleeves that are very full, A-line dress design, long slits along the hemline side seams, this is unlined and has two pockets machine washable. I cannot see a size tag. I believe that this is going to fit a medium size, please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit –
